Beginner’s Course

This is a great place to start if you have aches and pains in your body, or if you consider yourself not very fit, for whatever reason, this may be rehabilitation or illness, or other reasons, and/or you are simply wanting to start right at the beginning.

We start with the fundamentals and can focus on any modifications that you need that will help enable you to continue with your fitness journey. You will walk away from this feeling more ease in your body and feeling more confident about joining a class or continuing on with the fitness journey.
