While you heal, it's beneficial to work on strengthening other parts of your body. After you have completed your physiotherapy, we can assist you in gradually building strength and recovering from your injury. We are happy to collaborate with your physiotherapist, osteopath, doctor, or any other healthcare professional. We customize our classes based on their recommendations to ensure that you receive the best possible care.

We have rehabilitated ourselves from immobilising back-pain and surgery and have successfully helped many people recover from various ailments, such as long-standing knee pain, back pain, and recent surgeries and look forward to helping you in your journey.
